Please check box 37 on your SF-50 to confirm you are eligible for representation by our local! Codes 5607, 5686, 5687 indicates that you are eligible for representation by our local. Code 8888 indicates that you are excluded from representation by any local. Code 7777 indicates you are eligible for representation but have yet to be assigned to a union local. (Please reach out to your supervisor or Human Resources for additional information). If you are joining for purposes of representation, it is important that you confirm this information first. We cannot guarantee refunds on dues paid if you later find that you are ineligible for representation.
Dues for Local 4200 is $20.91 per pay period.
